3. Buyer & Supplier Responsibilities

As a B2B marketplace, Anegsa facilitates connections between buyers and vendors:

• Suppliers: Sellers must ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, certifications, and inventory status are authentic and compliant with applicable commercial laws.
• Buyers: Buyers are responsible for performing due diligence, verifying seller credentials, and inspecting goods prior to final settlement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, web layouts, graphics, and proprietary software code on Anegsa belong exclusively to SRI GURUSWAMY E5 NETWORKS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any content without prior written consent.

5. Payment & Order Processing

Payments, escrow processing, and order fulfillments conducted via Anegsa are processed through authorized payment gateways. Taxes, duties, shipping fees, and bulk commercial terms are determined per agreement between the transacting parties or specified at checkout.

6. Limitation of Liability

SRI GURUSWAMY E5 NETWORKS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED acts as a B2B marketplace platform and is not directly liable for:

• Third-party shipping delays, customs holds, or courier transit damages.
• Disputes arising out of independent contractual agreements between buyers and vendors.
• Temporary website downtime due to maintenance or force majeure events.
